TRAVELLING FROM DURBAN:

Take the N3 to Pietermaritzburg/Johannesburg
Pass Pietermaritzburg and the Midmar Dam
Take the third Howick turn-off (Howick North/Tweedie)
Turn left at the off-ramp
Travel for 1.4 km, then turn right at the T-junction onto the R103, in the direction of Nottingham Road
Drive for 5 km and, shortly after Nelson Mandela Capture Site, turn left onto the Dargle/Impendle Road
Drive for 17.5 km, then make a right turn towards Fort Nottingham
Turn into the large cement and stone entrance on your right 4 km down the dirt road, and drive down to the cottages

TRAVELLING FROM JOHANNESBURG:

Take the N3 to Durban
Take the Nottingham Road off-ramp (the first one after the Mooi River Toll)
Turn right at the T-junction towards Nottingham Road
In Nottingham Road, make a right turn onto the R103 under the railway bridge and then, after
300 m, turn left onto Fort Nottingham Road
Keep going for about 20 km until you will see a large cement and stone entrance on your left – drive through and down to the cottages.
